Booking & Property Assessment
Contact us with your property size, type, and cleaning requirement. For post-reno cleans we ask for the floor plan or approximate sqft — for large jobs, we do a free site visit first to give an accurate quote.

Quotation & Crew Assignment
A fixed-price quote is provided covering crew size, estimated hours, and any specialist equipment or chemicals needed. The right crew size for your property is assigned — we never understaff a job to save cost.

Equipment & Chemical Preparation
Crew arrives with all equipment — HEPA vacuums, mops, microfibre cloths, scrubbing machines, grout haze removers, degreasers, and eco-safe sanitisers. You don't need to provide anything.

Systematic Top-to-Bottom Cleaning
Cleaning always starts from the highest surfaces (ceilings, fans, top shelves) and works downward, finishing with floors. This prevents re-contaminating already cleaned surfaces — a basic discipline many cleaners skip.

Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off
The supervisor walks every room with the client before leaving. Any missed areas are touched up immediately. The property is only handed back once the client is satisfied.

How long does a post-renovation clean take?
It depends on property size and renovation scope. A standard 1,000–1,500 sqft apartment that had partial renovation takes 4–6 hours with a 3–4 person crew. A fully renovated 2,500 sqft terrace house takes 8–12 hours. New build completions with heavy construction residue can take longer. We estimate accurately after reviewing the floor plan or doing a site visit — we don't give flat-rate guesses that leave jobs unfinished.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
You don't need to be present throughout, but we recommend being there for the first 10–15 minutes to confirm priorities and access, and again for the final walkthrough before sign-off. Many clients provide keys or access cards and collect them at the end. For vacant post-reno properties, we often work unattended and send completion photos before handover.
Do you supply all cleaning equipment and products?
Yes — our crew arrives fully equipped. For post-reno jobs this includes HEPA industrial vacuums, wet-dry vacuums, microfibre mop systems, scrubbing pads, grout haze remover, tile cleaner, glass cleaner, degreaser, and sanitiser. You do not need to provide any equipment, buckets, or chemicals. The only thing we need is access to water and electricity.
Can you remove grout haze from tiles?
Yes — grout haze removal is a standard part of our post-reno clean. We use a diluted acidic grout haze remover applied with a scrubbing pad, then neutralised with clean water before buffing. The result is a clear, glossy tile surface. Note: grout haze becomes significantly harder to remove after 7–10 days of hardening — book the post-reno clean as soon as grouting is complete for best results.
Do you offer regular office cleaning contracts?
Yes — we offer daily, 3× per week, weekly, and monthly office cleaning contracts. Contract clients receive consistent crew assignments (so the same familiar team cleans your office), preferential scheduling, and discounted rates versus ad-hoc bookings. We also offer after-hours cleaning (after 6 PM or before 8 AM) for offices that prefer cleaning without disrupting operations.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a clean space — wiping surfaces, mopping floors, emptying bins, and sanitising bathrooms. It assumes the property is already in reasonable condition. A deep clean goes further — moving furniture and appliances, cleaning behind and underneath, scrubbing grout lines, descaling taps and showerheads, degreasing oven and extractor hood internals, and cleaning areas that accumulate build-up over months. We recommend a deep clean every 3–6 months even for regularly maintained properties.
